We understand that unforeseen events and emergencies can occur. However, not providing timely notice of cancellation or rescheduling significantly impacts our ability to accommodate other clients and maintain a smooth schedule. As such, clients who do not provide the required 24-hours’ notice or fail to show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit, and it will not be applied towards future appointments.
Last-minute rescheduling of appointments also falls under our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
